Identify, equip and release your membership to make an impact for Christ in their circle of influence and around the world. You can learn more about how to involve your members in God’s plan to bring Himself worship from every tongue, tribe and nation and how to motivate and move them towards greater commitment by hosting a WorldconneX Inside Out Weekend at your church.

An Overview of the Weekend: 
    
•Friday night – Gather your members for a night of food, fellowship and discovery. God is reshaping the world, and your church has an opportunity to play a more active role in global missions. An Inside Out Weekend facilitator will help attendees to understand that God has built a bridge from who they are to what He is doing in the world today by looking at the domains they are involved in through their training, careers and life experiences. We’ll envision together how God can use their skills and passions to connect them to His desire to bring Himself worship from every tongue, tribe and nation. And, we will spend time examining the worldwide connections of your membership. Finally, we will dream and pray together encouraging each other to be open to whatever God has prepared in advance for your church to do.
 
• Saturday - 
    Leadership Lab:  Invite your leadership team to learn more about developing a global missions strategy based on your church membership’s unique DNA. Your Inside Out Weekend facilitator will lead you in a session that helps you to see the distinctness of your church’s location, leadership, skills, passions and connections within the body at large. We’ll examine current work outside the walls of your church and look forward together as you make plans to train and equip your members to live sacrificially, love cross culturally and to be ready for divine appointments. 
    Cross Cultural Workshop:  Everyone is invited to join in this interactive, enlightening workshop to learn more about how your worldview affects the way you see others around you. Are you from a hot or cold culture? Why is it important to ask people from some non-western cultures three times before expecting a "yes"? Is someone you work with from an honor/shame culture? Are you more time or event oriented? You leave with information and resources that will equip you to be more successful at crossing cultures.

• Sunday – Everyone will participate as you celebrate and exalt God together. Your pastor or your Inside Out Weekend facilitator, along with your worship team will show your members the value of equipping the entire body to cross cultures so that they are “situation ready” for whatever/whomever God places in their path or however/wherever He directs their path. Your church has been through a four week Inside Out Bible study that has led them to consider how God is reshaping the world for His purposes. As they worship together, receive a challenge from the Word and consider their role in God’s plan, they will be asked to commit their skills, gifts and passions to God. This is the start of something new that is very old…for centuries God has used the ordinary person in His extraordinary plan!
