 Bill Tinsley has a real passion for taking what never changes–God’s vision for his world–and connecting it to circumstances that are always changing. He was Baptist General Convention of Texas associate executive director from 2001-2003 after serving as executive director of the Minnesota-Wisconsin Baptist Convention from 1993 to 2001. Walter Justl: Front Line Services Leader; Controller
 Walter Justl served for 25 years in overseas missions in South America. Over those years, his responsibilities included church planting, theological education, mission administration, and strategic ministry leadership. Most of his time was spent in Brazil developing and implementing field support systems for cross-cultural missionaries. Walter joined WorldconneX in 2006. Email Walter.
Karen Hatley: International Connections Leader
 Often categorized as a missions broker, Karen views herself as a ligament within the body of Christ. She receives joy by bringing together, supporting, and connecting others for God’s purposes. Based in Europe and the Middle East, Karen and her husband Warren served as strategy coordinators for an unreached people group where they developed cross-cultural partnerships with individuals from various denominations and countries. Prior to fulltime missions involvement, Karen taught public speaking and served as the University Interscholastic League (UIL) State Speech and Debate Director. Having received a Masters of Divinity from George W. Truett Theological Seminary with a concentration in global missions, Karen combines her love for the nations with her experiences as a teacher, missionary, and networker. Email Karen.
 Debbie Atteberry is the Activation Leader for WorldconneX. She is also the Network Coordinator for the DFW Mobilizers and serves as the Texas Regional Director for Perspectives on the World Christian Movement . After almost 20 years of business experience, Debbie spent 6 years in the missions department at Irving Bible Church (IBC) as the assistant to the Director of Missions before joining WorldconneX.
