Urgent prayer needed for Tibet

It appears that the Maoists in Tibet are ready for a major rally on Friday....and possibly a major operational push. Every resident approached is expected to house AND feed up to 10 people each for 4 days (an intolerable request for a poor or middle class family). If people don’t comply, they will be dealt with. Factories are being taken over for the housing. The rally is on Friday. Housing of the Maoists is to start this Thursday. The Maoists are calling for 1.5 million cadres to rally en-mass in Kathmandu. The whole city is in fear.
A government refusal to allow the rally would surely be used by the Maoists as an excuse to break the current cease fire and call off peace talks.
Your prayers for their efforts to be thwarted are needed. Pray for courage for the believers. Pray for the Maoist’s objectives to be thwarted. Pray for many Maoists to come to faith in Christ.
