Ralph D. Winter, author of Perspectives, spoke recently at a meeting of Dallas-area mobilizers. He was gracious enough to share with the group a chapter from one of his upcoming books.
It is an historical interpretation of why 19th Century Evangelicals had a much larger vision of mission goals than 20th Century Evangelicals.
